Rules and Regs

Changed from two-halves + playoff to straight 15-week season with position round in week 15 and standings based on total points won by the season.
Clarified that two-person teams can have legal lineup of 1 team member (previously interpreted this way but not stated)

Removed requirement to let other team know when pre-bowling. The intent was to allow the teams to meet and bowl head-to-head but it has been years since anyone has done that.
Requirement to notify officers when pre-bowling still stands.
Removed starting averages as it is too much overhead for too little gain. Everyone will establish an average on the first night they bowl in the league
Removed the strikethrough text about position rounds in 33-week league as we still have old rules for reference if needed and we are unlikely to change back to 33-weeks anytime soon.
