Triangle Rainbow Leagues


Friendship, bowling, and fun in Raleigh and Durham. Each of our leagues has its own unique charm but there are a few things you will find in all of them:

  • Bowlers of all skill and experience levels
  • Friendly competition and camaraderie
  • Short seasons with 15 week commitment or less
  • Sanctioned with USBC and International Gay Bowling Organization
  • Handicap scoring for even competition across skill levels
  • Bowling three games one night per week

      • fall – mid-September – mid-December
      • spring – mid January – end April

    • $13 nightly dues – $169 total for season

Raleigh - Bowlero Raleigh

  • Kings and Queens is the longest-running LGBTQ+ league in the Carolinas, with a 30+ year history

    • Thursdays evenings at Bowlero Raleigh
    • 6:30 warmup, 6:40 competition
    • 15-week seasons
      • spring: january – april
      • fall: september – december
    • 4-person teams
    • $20 nightly dues – $300 total for season
    • prize fund for end-of-season payout
    • 50/50 raffles

  • Double Up – 10-week Summer League to bridge the gap between longer fall and spring leagues

ORBIT - Raleigh Bowling Invitational Tournament

The ORBIT tournament is held each Labor Day weekend in Raleigh.
They also hold monthly 8-pin no-tap tournaments
